买家提交的信息可能包括企业或买家名称、联系人、电话、邮箱、采购品类、产品要求、数量、目标市场、自愿上传的参考图片，以及找货或申请加入外商沟通找货群的意向，用于了解需求、回复问题、匹配产品或供应资源以及跟进采购沟通。供应商申请可能包括企业名称、联系人、电话、邮箱、主营产品、供货条件和希望获得的服务，用于评估合作方向及后续联系。请不要提交与本次沟通无关的敏感个人信息。

采购需求何时交给供应商或加入群组。

提交表单后，信息先由星河国际用于内部跟进，不会自动发送给供应商、群组或公开展示。需要供应商参与报价或确认供货条件时，我们会先向你说明拟对接供应商的名称、联系方式、拟提供的信息和用途，并在取得单独同意后，才向该供应商提供完成本次沟通所必要的信息。申请加入外商沟通找货群时，我们会先说明群组用途及群内可能看到的信息，取得单独确认后再邀请你加入。你可以拒绝；这可能影响我们继续协助对接。

保存期限和权利请求。

现有询盘后台尚未配置固定的自动删除期限。信息仅应在处理本次需求及必要跟进所需的最短时间内保存；需求处理完成且不再需要跟进后，应删除或匿名化，法律法规另有要求的除外。你可以通过上述邮箱申请查阅、更正、删除信息或撤回同意。我们会核实请求并按适用规则处理。

存储与访问。

表单信息和附件保存在 Galaxy Ports 使用的申请管理系统中，由获授权的工作人员用于对应事项处理。请通过正式联系渠道核验任何自称代表星河国际或供应商索取信息的人。

What we collect and why.

A buyer inquiry may include a company or buyer name, contact name, phone number, email address, product category and requirements, quantity, destination market, reference images submitted voluntarily, and whether the buyer seeks sourcing help or wants to join the foreign buyer sourcing group. We use these details to understand the request, answer questions, identify relevant products or supply sources, and follow up. A supplier application may include a company name, contact details, product range, supply terms, and requested services so we can assess the proposed cooperation and follow up. Please do not submit sensitive personal information unrelated to your request.

When information is shared with a supplier or group.

After submission, Galaxy Ports reviews the information for internal follow-up. It is not automatically sent to a supplier, group, or made public. If a supplier needs to provide a quote or confirm supply terms, we will first tell you the proposed supplier’s name and contact details, what information we plan to share, and why. We will share only the information needed for that discussion after receiving your separate consent. For a group request, we will explain the group’s purpose and the information that group members may see, then invite you only after your separate confirmation. You may decline; this may limit the follow-up we can provide.

Retention and your requests.

The inquiry system does not currently have a fixed automatic deletion period. Information should be kept only for as long as needed to handle the request and necessary follow-up, then deleted or anonymized once it is no longer needed, unless the law requires otherwise. You may use the contact details above to request access, correction or deletion of your information, or to withdraw your consent. We will verify and handle each request under applicable rules.

Storage and access.

Inquiry details and attachments are stored in the application management system used by Galaxy Ports. Authorized staff may access them only to handle the relevant request. Please verify through our official contact channels anyone who claims to represent Galaxy Ports or a supplier and asks you for information.
